The technician was awesome - he showed up when he said he would - diagnosed the issue and quickly provided a synopsis of the issue and presented different levels of service! Did exactly what we agreed upon and then he cleaned everything up! I would not hesitate to hve them back for additional service or recommend them!

Service call to help bring on the heat. Heater was not working properly. The thermostat was not bringing on the heater. Removed and replaced the thermostat. The heater is now heating the home.
Service call for air conditioning system not working at all, worked on older style Gibson split system. I found system had a failed voltage absorption component and a failed safety circuit, I notified customer and they choose to address both issues . I installed both new components and got system up and cooling with happy customers
Installed a new American Standard Furnace. Adapted to existing R/A plenum and coil. Installed new gas flex and shut off valve. Sealed all joints at furnace, completed a duct inspection, sealed the boots, performed start up. System is running at a factory standard.
Upon arrival, I found tha the unit had burnt wiring and wire shortage, I notified customer and was given approval to repair the wiring. Unit is running now.
Provided an estimate for a air conditioning system replacement. Customer wants to replace the heater and air conditioner.
Service call for unit not blowing cold. Worked on two older York split systems found them both low on charge I notified customer of findings she choose to add internal sealer and balance charge. I added sealer and charge now both units up and cooling. Also signed customer up for yearly maintenance program. End result customer is happy with services
Customer called to ask us to come out to their home and check out the air-conditioner arrived on site and found nothing working no fan no air conditioner thermostat was blank. Checked manpower found the main 15 amp fuse blown and no power to the unit. Replaced fuse checked wiring found starting component to the motor reading 0. Replaced fuse and the starting opponent and wiring that was in poor condition. Restored power monitor conditions and the air-conditioner repair is complete. The Cooling is now being Shelton at home. Recommended to the customer to perm for us to provide a maintenance service.
New customer in discovery Bay call then has cooling issues in a certain portion of his home. Responded to the service call and arrived on site checked in with customer. Discussed issues that were causing the new cooling in the portion of his home. Found the indoor fan section not coming on today starting opponent as well as the air-conditioner having a start a component failure as well. Present options to a customer made repairs for the air-conditioning system.
Inspection for HVAC/ heating system. Checked out system thoroughly. Unit is running to factory specs. Freon charge good. Operations checked good.
Service/maintenance. Customer just moved in and wanted a maintenance and find out why upstairs unit isn't cooling. Found unit low on charge. Brought charge to factory specs. Unit now cooling upstairs properly.
Service call for unit not cooling as it should. Worked on a York split system , found unit to have a faulty leaking shrader core repaired leak and added r22 system now up and cooling as it should
Customer called to say that their conditioning is not working and there is no cold air coming out of the vents. Responded to the service call it arrived on site found the air-conditioner on however the cool air was not being felt. This was due because the system is low on charge and needs to have a recheck performed. Presented options to the customer and will need to schedule. The Payne air-conditioner is left off until repairs are complete.
Service call for no cooling for a new customer in discovery Bay. Responded to the service call and found the outdoor section not working. Found the condenser fan motor seized and not able to Spin The fuses were blown due to a hot compressor and the airflow not moving through the coil. Gave customer options and ordered parts to come and replace the condenser fan motor. The motor was replaced and the air-conditioners functioning properly!
AC not running. System is a residential split Carrier system that is about 11 yrs old. Located in The Lakes neighborhood. Located faulty starting component. Performed repair per customer's choosing. System now performing ok at this time.
Provided a estimate for a customer for a mini split system in his garage. Will submit a proposal to install a mini split for this customer who wants calling in his garage for an additional living space.
